-CrossFit Level 1
My fitness journey first started as a long distance runner, that didn’t really know anything about fitness, or nutrition. I would occasionally train at a “globo” gym using random machines with no rhyme or reason to what I was doing. I took an interest in CrossFit after realizing that my job (military) demands a very high level of fitness. After practicing CrossFit for some time I became hooked as I realized that I was not only becoming stronger, but more importantly I was learning how to move more efficiently. Now after practicing CrossFit for roughly 4 years and as a CrossFit coach, I try to replicate this experience with everyone that I work with in the gym, because at the end of the day, efficient movement makes everyone’s life easier and more pain free.
